Our Fall Fit 6-week challenge includes 3 coach-led CrossFit classes per week, before and after photos and measurements, nutrition advice and the BEST CrossFit community around!
This challenge is designed to introduce you to CrossFit and help you jump start your fitness goals before the dreaded winter weight comes creeping up.
