What is your favorite thing or things to do when you're not at CFS?

Love riding my motorcycle, camping with family and friends and doing OCR's .And one of my favorite hobbies is  make cards and scrap-booking.

What made you want to start CrossFit?

I  have always loved lifting weights and seeing what I can do! And the older I get the more I want to challenge  myself and CrossFit has it all! 

What motivates you through a tough WOD?

Knowing that each WOD I finish will help me to be better than I was the day before.

What is your favorite motivational quote? 

"Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of your self, Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that  goal! "

What is some advice you'd give to someone new to CrossFit Skunk or just started CrossFit? 

Don't give up whats hard today will seam easy tomorrow and you wont believe how much you improve in a short amount of time!

What is something you've done at CFS that you never thought you'd do?

Deadlift over 200# I remember when 50# was really heavy. And Handstand push-ups!

What are your CrossFit goals?

To get  Pull-ups!! And to get stronger  every day I want to see more muscle definition!

What is your most favorite or least favorite movement?

Favorite movement Deadlifts and Back squats.  Least favorite Wall Balls!

What is your biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit?

Being able to jump-rope (singles) like a normal person I know it's a little thing but for me it is huge!!

What have you learned since joining CrossFit Skunk?

I've learned I'm stronger than I ever thought I was and that there are some wonderful and amazing people who belong to CrossFit Skunk I love the support and encouragement everyone gives each other, its like a family!!
