What is your favorite thing or things to do when you're not at CFS? 
Go to the beach and read or cook (def not bake lol) work out again…be with my kids.(my ultimate Fav)

What made you want to start CrossFit? 
To be a better, stronger, leaner, fitter, healthier,  me for the long haul not just temporary (actually Deb twisted my arm to join the New you program  lmao)

What motivates you through a tough WOD?
The fact that I wolfed down some chocolate……Seriously….

For real…My tenacity that I am going to f*cking finish it even if I’m dead, or last I ever give up or claim defeat…

What is your favorite motivational quote? 
Not everyone will understand your journey.  That’s ok.  You’re here to live your life, not to make everyone understand

What is some advice you'd give to someone new to CrossFit Skunk or just started CrossFit?
Just show up…. make the commitment and just show up….. Do not compare yourself to others, only yourself

What is something you've done at CFS that you never thought you'd do? 
Ran 2.5 miles in a work out and RX a workout!

What are your CrossFit goals? 
I would love to be able to run faster, be leaner, kip and get upside down against a wall (handstand)….and sometimes I think it would be cool when I accomplish my goals to be a coach.

What is your most favorite or least favorite movement? 
Only 1 …. REALLY…...HMMMMM Over head squats and those Kelly Delear favorite warm ups i don’t know the name but its like a bear crawl with a push up  Ok so that’s more than 1.  It’s in one sentence.

What is your biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit? 
Developing confidence

What have you learned since joining CrossFit Skunk?

That this is a community of people who want you do to your best, whatever your best is.

Just that I love you guys.  You all make me smile.  ooooh and Thanks for the vote however have i mentioned that I’m old and oh fat…..what were you thinking???
