What is your favorite thing or things to do when you're not at CFS?  I'm very into the craft beer scene, trying and rating all different kinds of beer, mainly IPA's; and bowling. 

What made you want to start CrossFit?  Needed to get back in shape and heard crossfit was a perfect way to do so without having to go to a regular gym by myself. 

What motivates you through a tough WOD?  Good heavy music and motivated people around me pushing me to go harder. 

What is your favorite motivational quote?  Pain is weakness leaving the body and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.  

What is some advice you'd give to someone new to CrossFit Skunk or just started CrossFit?   Don't ever give up or say you can't do something. 

What is something you've done at CFS that you never thought you'd do?   Ooo that's a tough one...being a marine I was able to do a lot of the stuff we do already. That being said, I haven't done them yet, but would love to get hand stand pushups down. 

What are your CrossFit goals?   See above lol...and get in good enough shape to do spartan races and other crossfit comps. 

What is your most favorite or least favorite movement? Favorite is lifting heavy things haha. Least those damn box jumps. 

What is your biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit?   Becoming athlete of the month. 

What have you learned since joining CrossFit Skunk? Different ways and forms of movements that I've done back in the corps.
